We asked ChatGPT 23 questions real buyers ask: generic ("best real estate agency in Dubai"), area ("best agency in Dubai Marina") and niche ("best agency for a Golden Visa purchase"). Then we counted who it named.

Area and niche questions are open
Ask about Marina, JVC, Business Bay or Dubai Hills, and ChatGPT names local, mid-size firms. Ask about Golden Visa purchases or Indian investors, and it picks small firms whose websites say so plainly.

Your own pages
Firms with 31 and 45 Google reviews were recommended for Golden Visa purchases because their sites market it explicitly. The "Indian investors" answer cited firms' own pages that state hard numbers.
