What this site is
This site describes AI search visibility (GEO) services for real estate brokerages. It is general information, not a binding offer or professional advice. Paid work is governed by a separate written agreement.
The study
The Dubai Real Estate AI Visibility Study records what an AI assistant said in answer to specific questions on specific dates. It is not a ranking of any brokerage's service quality, and no brokerage was contacted or paid to appear. AI answers change between runs.
Prices
Prices are in USD and are listed on the home page. The founding audit price applies to the first 5 clients only. Third-party costs are not included unless agreed in writing.
No guaranteed rankings
Nobody controls what AI assistants recommend. We don't guarantee any ranking, recommendation, traffic or business result. We report how often you are named across a fixed set of questions, before and after our work.
Your materials
You confirm you're allowed to share anything you send us. Don't send passwords or payment card details through the form.
Trademarks
ChatGPT is a trademark of OpenAI. Perplexity, Gemini and Google are trademarks of their respective owners. Brokerage names are used only to report what AI assistants said. Make & Metric is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses arising from use of the site or reliance on its contents.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Client agreements may set their own terms.
