Who we are

Make & Metric is a trading name of Amaan Arshed, an independent provider based in Sri Lanka. Contact: amaan@makeandmetric.space.

What we collect

• Gap check and audit requests: your brokerage name, the area or buyer type you want to win, and the WhatsApp number or email address you give us, plus anything you write to us directly.
• Technical data: our hosting and font providers process standard request data such as IP address, browser, device and time of request, to deliver and secure the site.

Please don't send passwords, payment card details or customer records through the form.

How we use it

To reply to your request, run your gap check or audit, prepare proposals and deliver work you agree to. We don't add you to a marketing list and we don't sell your data.

Who processes it

Depending on how you contact us, your details pass through our form-handling service, our email provider or WhatsApp. The site is hosted on Cloudflare and loads fonts from Google Fonts. These providers may process data outside Sri Lanka.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become client work are normally deleted or anonymised within 12 months of our last meaningful contact. Client records are kept for the engagement and as long as legal, tax or accounting rules require.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or to restrict how we use it, by emailing amaan@makeandmetric.space. We may need to verify your identity. You can also complain to the Data Protection Authority of Sri Lanka.

We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page.
